DRINK RESPONSIBLY

We all love Crabbie’s, especially served over ice with a slice, but we want you to be jolly safe and not have a rotter of a time! Therefore we have come up with some top tips to ensure you and your friends are safe and that you have a wizard time.

Remember to Eat
It is important to eat before you go out so have a hearty meal to stop you from getting too squiffy and not enjoying yourself.

You and your Pals
Safety in numbers is always best and going out in a group is also more fun. Look out for your chums, know where each other are and stick together for a tickety boo time. If you do get separated from your pals, always make sure you have planned a spot to meet.

Keep an eye on your Crabbie’s
If something tastes or looks rather odd, don't drink it. Never leave your drink unattended. If you need to pop to the loo or hit the dance floor chaps, make sure one of your chums looks after your drink.

Know your limits
When planning a few spiffing drinks, know your limits! For men to drink no more than three to four units per day on a regular basis will have a lower risk of any harm to health. For women the recommended limit is no more than two to three units per day for a lower risk of any harm to health.

Keep hydrated
Make sure you keep fresh by drinking water in between drinks, it’s a rather wizard way of staying in control and hydrated.

Taxi!
It can be jolly cold at night, and it is a real rotter trying to hale a cab. Pre book your ride home, so you and your friends be on your way home…Tally Ho!
