Steamed Fish with Crabbie’s Infused Asian Vegetables

Cook: 15 minutes

Serves: Two

 

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets of white fish
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 pack of Asian style veg
  • 1 thumb of Ginger
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bottle of Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer
  • 100ml soy sauce
  • 1 red chilli

 

Method

  • Chop the onions, Asian vegetables, garlic, ginger and chilli
  • Put these ingredients into a large pot and add the soy sauce and Crabbie’s Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
  • Reduce by half, over a low heat
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Place the two fillets of fish on top of the sauce and cook for 8 minutes with the lid on
  • Serve with noodles or rice
